Community Guidelines

HVS is built on authentic human connection through voice. These guidelines ensure our community remains safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.

1. Be Authentic

Use your real voice or a chosen pseudonym, but never impersonate another person. Voice cloning, AI-generated voice imitation, and pretending to be someone else are strictly prohibited.

2. Respect Others

  • No harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks
  • No hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
  • No threats of violence or harm
  • No non-consensual sharing of private information ("doxxing")

3. Protect Minors

HVS is for users 13+ (16+ in EU/UK). Any content sexualizing minors, grooming, or exploiting underage users will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

4. Respect Copyright

Only upload audio you own or have permission to use. Do not extract, record, or mix copyrighted audio from external sources. Use only authorized tracks from the in-app licensed library for live beats and music. See our Copyright Policy for details.

5. No Spam or Manipulation

  • No fake engagement (buying plays, followers, or votes)
  • No spamming, mass-mentioning, or unsolicited promotion
  • No coordinated manipulation of rankings or leaderboards
  • No bots or automated tools

6. Live Room Conduct

In live rooms and battles, follow the host and moderator instructions. Hate speech, harassment, or copyright violations in live rooms will result in removal and potential account suspension.

7. No Illegal Activity

Do not use HVS to facilitate illegal activities, including drug sales, weapons trafficking, fraud, or terrorism.

8. Reporting and Moderation

You can report any post, reply, profile, or live room that violates these guidelines. Reports are reviewed by moderators. You can also block users to prevent them from interacting with you.

Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.

9. Appeals

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you can appeal through the in-app appeal process. Appeals are reviewed independently.

10. Commercial Activity

Marketplace listings, business profiles, and paid services must be legitimate. Fraud, fake listings, or misrepresentation will result in removal and potential legal action.
