1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use HVS. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post voice content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
Impersonate another person or entity, including through voice cloning or imitation
Upload or stream copyrighted audio without proper authorization or licensing
Extract, record, or redistribute audio from external sources without permission
Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
Attempt to access another user's private data or account
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Voice Content and Copyright

You retain ownership of your original voice recordings. However, you grant HVS a license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You must not upload copyrighted audio that you do not own or have permission to use.

For live beats and music, only authorized tracks from the in-app licensed library may be used. External audio extraction or mixing of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

5. Live Rooms and Battles

Live audio rooms and rap battles are real-time features. You are responsible for your conduct in these spaces. Hosts and moderators have the authority to remove participants who violate guidelines. Revenue-sharing for monetized events requires pre-approval by all participants.

6. Marketplace and Payments

Physical products (gifts, food deliveries, real-world services) are processed through Stripe where permitted.

Digital content (virtual gifts, coins, subscriptions, premium features, paid room access) on mobile app store versions may use Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing where required. Digital payment features may be temporarily disabled in mobile versions until compliant billing is available.

Payouts to creators and businesses are subject to identity verification, clearance periods, and anti-fraud monitoring. Withdrawal requests require a minimum threshold and may be delayed for review.

7. Virtual Gifts and Credits

Virtual gifts and platform credits have no cash value unless explicitly stated. Credits earned through engagement may be converted to withdrawable cash subject to platform terms, payout thresholds, and identity verification.

8. Subscriptions

Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings or in-app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason we believe is necessary to protect the community or the platform.

10. Disclaimers

HVS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for user-generated content or for the actions of other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
