Private rooms: HVS does not record, transcribe, AI-analyse, export or use private-room audio for training. Audio is relayed in real time through our media provider (LiveKit). We do not claim end-to-end encryption.
Processors and transfers
Supabase (database, EU/US), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments, Identity), LiveKit (real-time audio), Resend (email). Transfers outside the EEA/UK rely on SCCs/adequacy as applicable; as applicable.

Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawing consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests are answered within 30 days (extendable where the law allows).
Children
Under-18 accounts cannot see private rooms or booking. Requirements for minors elsewhere in the app (parental consent ages, COPPA if US users under 13, wallet/payments limits, default privacy settings) are handled separately and need their own legal review. Sign-up currently blocks under-13.
Authorities
Requests from authorities are handled per the Safety Procedures (legal review of each request, minimum disclosure, logged).
