Payment & Coins Terms

Coins

• Coins are bought on the web with Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Coins are a licence to use HVS features. They are not money, have no cash value and can only be used in HVS.
• Creators earn from gifts as shown in Earnings. Payouts follow the earnings rules shown in the app.
• Paid features are currently in test mode: no real charges are made.

Age-check fee (not active)

This fee is not charged today. If it is introduced, these terms apply:

• What you pay: a one-time $1.99 fee for the ID age check performed by our provider.
• What you get if you pass: 200 promo coins, added once, automatically, when the check passes. This is a promotional bonus, not a refund and not money.
• If the check fails, is cancelled, or the provider has a technical problem: no promo coins. If the check could not be performed because of a technical failure on our or the provider's side, you can retry once without paying again or ask Support for a refund of the fee. Statutory consumer rights (e.g. EU 14-day withdrawal, where applicable and not waived for immediate performance) are not affected.
• Exactly once: promo coins are credited once per paid fee and passed check; repeated payment notifications never add more.

Promo coins

• Kept in a separate balance .
• Never withdrawable, never convertible to cash, not transferable and cannot be sent as gifts.
• Usable only for HVS services (e.g. casting masters, studio time, tickets), as each service starts accepting them.
• Because they can't be gifted, they never become creator earnings. If gifting with promo coins is ever allowed, the creator would receive no withdrawable earnings for the promo portion (decision recorded; needs legal/tax review).
• They may expire 12 months after credit (proposed) and are void if the account is closed for abuse.
