Release Terms

1. Your rights

You confirm you own or have cleared every part of the recording you release (vocals, beat, samples, artwork, lyrics) and that credited collaborators agreed to the splits.

2. Licence to HVS

You grant Hear Voice Sync a non-exclusive licence to host, stream and sell the release in the app and, if you choose distribution, to deliver it to external stores as your label/distributor. You keep ownership.

3. Income

All income (in-app and external royalties) flows through the app: 30% of gross to the app, 70% to the credited creators according to the splits, with fees taken from the creators' share.

4. Takedowns

You can request a takedown at any time; external stores remove it on their own schedule. We remove content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Other terms

The Terms of Service and Payment & Coins Terms also apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law; your mandatory rights are not affected.
