Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Hear Voice Sync ("HVS") is an audio-first app for voices, music, battles, studio sessions and live rooms. Operator: Hear Voice Sync (operator details to be added). Contact: Support in the app.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use HVS. Some features (private rooms, People Booking, wallet) are for adults only.
• Give a true date of birth. It is set once; corrections go through Support.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your content

• You keep the rights to what you upload. You give HVS a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream and show it in the app so the service works, for as long as it is on HVS.
• Only upload what you have the right to use (beats, samples, lyrics, voices). We remove infringing content when notified.

4. Rules

Follow the Conduct & Reporting Rules. We may remove content, restrict features or close accounts that break them, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it. You can appeal through Support.

5. Payments and coins

See the Payment & Coins Terms. Creators keep 70% of gross earnings; fees come out of that share. Paid features are currently in test mode.

6. Adult features

Private rooms and People Booking need age verification (18+) and their own agreements. Age verified confirms age only. It is not a background check or a safety guarantee.

7. Responsibility

You are responsible for your own statements and conduct. HVS provides the technical tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HVS is not responsible for other users' content or conduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We show the new version and its effective date, and ask you to accept important changes again.
